Autumn term for KS1.

Our 3 classes are Class Y1/2LS taught by Miss Lang and Mrs Savage, Class Y1/2S taught by Mrs Stephenson, and Class Y1/2A taught by Miss Aspinwall. These classes will be supported by Miss Galloway, Mrs Clarke, Mrs Williams and Mrs Noble.

We have lots of learning to look forward to this Autumn term.

In Maths, Year 1 and Year 2 will focus on the units and foundations of Place Value and Addition and Subtraction.      In the Autumn term our English topics are Journeys and Explorations and Helpful Heroes, where we will read storybooks based on these themes.

In Autumn we have Adam from Cumbria Cricket in school who will support our PE sessions and teach the children cricket skills. Also, we have our Harvest Festival and Nativity Concert to showcase.
